A bifunctional linker containing a Boc-protected amine and a terminal hydroxyl group. The Boc protecting group can be removed under acidic conditions to expose the amine for further reactions. The hydroxyl group can be activated for esterification or etherification. Commonly used in ADC drug synthesis.
